Review #267 |
This whisky
is called ”Summer Meadow”. The style is light and the smell is fruity with
sweetness from fresh fruits. Some hints from grass and light citrusy notes.
The taste
is light citrusy as well and the fresh fruits is switched out with more raw
notes of hay and grass. The finish still got the raw notes but with a bit
sweetness in the end.
It starts
very summer-like, but ends up being more like a trip to the countryside. I fine
Mackmyra though, and even though the fresh smell, what I would call a farmers
whisky. I will give this 83/100 (21/21/21/20).
