This comes from cask number 10566 and
only 219 bottles were made. It is very mild on the nose. Notes of marzipan,
oak, and a little vanilla. Give it a minute in the glass and the aromas really
starts to come.
Some toasted oak, baked apples, and
fatty oils on the palate. The finish just keeps on going and the oils just
fills your mouth. Some light fruity notes appears in the end and leaves you
sitting like mmhhh...
Let it breathe in the glass. So many things
is going. And if you ain't afraid of water, please give it some, as it opens up
for wonderful flavors. I will give this 88/100 (22/21/23/22).
