This is the second edition, and it comes un-chillfiltered and with natural colour. It is exclusively matured in Sherry casks. Dried fruits at first in the smell. Dark dried fruits! Some honey is balancing with the sweetness from the fruits.

Heavy dark dried fruits at first in the taste. Oils, tannins and oak starts to cover your mouth. In the finish, the darkness gets a bit subdued, and the fruity sweetness starts to come out. Ohh it is a long finish. The dried fruits and sweetness stays forever, with a hint of bitterness in the end.

It is almost 60 %, but I have no trouble sipping this need! With that said, I don’t know how much the palate can pick up afterwards when have had a couple of drams of this – the 60 % definitely shows this way! A must try for prune juice lovers. I will rate this 89/100 (22/23/22/22).
