Review #667 |
A kick of alcohol followed by sweet liquid
caramel in the taste. Peppery oak and spices. The finish is long and sweet. It is very
warming, but really, nothing new happens here...
This isn’t very complicated, but luckily
it’s cask strength, so still very flavourful. A bit longer maturation could
have been interesting! Considering the high ABV, you can easily give it some
water, but all it really does, is giving you some more whisky… I will give this
81/100 (20/20/21/20).
