This is from the series ”The Un-Chillfiltered Collection” and comes from the casks with the cask numbers 800128 & 800129. It’s Bourbon barrels and only 118 bottles were made. Heavy green apples in the smell. Caramel, burned oak, vanilla and marzipan.

Crisp apples and brown sugar in the taste. Oak spices - like cinnamon – also comes along. Beautiful vanilla and burned oak is what you are left with in the finish. All very fresh and ‘crisp’.

So much flavour for a 10 year old at only 46% - incredible! I have a weakness for Clynelish matured in Bourbon casks, and this is no exception. Great to see that great whisky still is available at affordable prices! I will give this 86/100 (21/22/22/21).
