Tobermory 22 yo (1994/2017), The Single Cask, 59,1%

Review #744
A single cask from The Single Cask. It is matured in a Bourbon cask with the cask number A394 and 86 bottles were made. Sweet white fruits in the smell. Peaches and just a hint of oak. Hint of floral notes as well.

Very sweet in the taste. Much like the taste, white fruits and peaches shines through. Like cold peach tea full of honey. The sweetness lingers off in the finish and the oak gets a bit more noticeable. There still is some sugary notes alongside the oak though.

It is not overly complex, but it is sweet and elegant, and the balance is great. I just love how different (and great of course) Tobermory and Ledaig can be! I will give this 89/100 (22/23/22/22).
