
The taste is very influenced by the oak. Taste like
toasted oak and only some slight hints of sherry. In the finish you get some
honey and different nuts.
For a 29 years old Clynelish from a sherry cask I am a
bit disappointed. The sherry is almost unnoticeable and you don’t get much
complexity. Still a fine dram though. I will give this 86/100 (22/21/22/21).
