This is cask number 6717 and bottle number 29 out of
243. There is honey and sweet licorice in the smell. Some vanilla and oak as
well. After a couple of minutes some mild citrus comes through.
The taste is very intense at first, but lingers off
and gets quite smooth and mellow in the finish. You get some light toasted oak
and still some licorice.
It has a great balance, and the wood influence is just
fantastic! I didn’t find this too complex at first, but it is just growing
minute for minute in the glass. I will rate this 89/100 (22/21/23/23).
