Cask number 526 resulted in 323 bottles. This is number 23. Salt, toffee and some sherry sweetness on the nose. Actually not that much sherry on the nose, only the sweetness.
A lot of sherry in the taste. For a whisky at 56,9 % it is very mild, and you can really taste the sherry notes. The finish is the best in this whisky. The dark sherry notes turns in to light sherry notes and the sweetness comes back and just stays in your mouth for quite some time and just pampers you.
It is not that complex but the balance make up for it by deliver exactly what you need for a 10 year old sherry whisky. This is just fantastic for a 10 year old. I will give this 90/100 (23/22/24/21).
