This is made from fresh and refill sherry butts and only 9.120 bottles were made. The smell has dried fruits, chocolate, and some fresh ground coffee with a salty and citrusy touch in the end.

The taste has dates, plums, grapes and lot of oak influence. The finish got this great dark dried fruity sweetness. It stays for quite a while in the mouth, in the best possible way.

A great sherry whisky with the maritime Springbank touch. Springbank often have a fantastic finish and this is no exception! This robust full bodied sherry whisky would be perfect with a vanilla ice cream dessert (yes, lovin’ the ice cream!). I will rate this 91/100 (23/22/24/22).
