This is from a bourbon hogshead and only 558 bottles were made. It is very sweet in the smell with lots of vanilla and honey. After some time in the glass a bit more fruit appear.

Very powerful in the taste at first but after the alcohol is gone, a layer of sweet vanilla, honey and burned sugars lies in the mouth. After a couple of sips some more exotic fruits like pineapple and coconut appear.

This whisky is so well put together and the balance is incredible! Personally I wouldn’t recommend to much water in this. It makes the alcohol very rough in the taste. I will rate this 92/100 (23/22/23/24).
