This whisky is called ”Deliciously sweet but feisty” and is matured in a refill barrel. Only 264 bottles were made. It is very sweet in the smell, but has got a lot of alcohol as well. Don’t get your nose to close! From a distance you get some fresh fruit and lots of desert notes. Belgian waffles with it all (caramel sauce in particular).

Way to much alcohol in the taste. It feels very young, and quite frankly, I feel my mouth has been sterilized! It wears a bit of in the finish and some toffee and Danish comes forward.

Don’t be shy to add water! It gets mellower and you start to get notes in the taste. It is young and very feisty and fine for the right occasion. I will give this 83/100 (21/20/21/21).
