Review #345 |
This is a
blended Japanese whisky from Nikka. The malts are amongst others from Yoichi
and Miyagikyo Distillery. Nice fruity and malty in the smell. A very well
behaved nose.
Fruity and
very sweet at first in the taste. The oak is very elegant and develops great
into the finish. Make sure to get it all around in the mouth, and some honey
and sweet orange notes appears.
I think the
malt content is high in this one, and the grain contributes greatly with the
classic sweetness. If you like Japanese whisky, this certainly want let you
down! I will give this 86/100 (21//22/22/21).
