This has
cask number 8102353 and is bottled by Whiskybroker. Only 86 bottles were made.
Single Cask, no colour and it is not chill filtered, so everything is exactly
how it should be! The smell is fresh, lightly floral and full of apples and
pears with a sugary end.
Very
powerful! White fruits and apple pie in the taste. Some vanilla really comes
forward in the finish. Great oak influence all the way through as well. I get a
spicy/burning/peppery feeling in the taste as well. Can’t quite pinpoint it,
but it is very nice!
This is
just well above average from start to finish. This really shows that age
definitely isn’t everything! With water it just gets even sweeter and some
citrusy notes comes forward. It is young and fresh, so you can play around with
quite some water without drowning it. I will rate this 88/100 (22/22/22/22).
