This is a Single Cask Release from Kilchoman bottled exclusively for The Kilchoman Distillery Shop. It is finished in a Sauternes cask, with the number 209/2012. Distilled 24-04-2012 and bottled 29-09-2017. This is bottle no. 217 out of 290. Sweet honey, peat and heather in the smell. Sugary grapes as well.

The farm style really comes forward in the taste. Peat and hay. The alcohol and peat dominates so much in the taste that you almost overlook the sweetness that comes rushing in, in the finish. So sweet! Sugary sweetness, almost candy-like.

For some, this is for certain too sweet, but I really enjoy it. The way the farm style, the heavy peat and the overwhelming sweetness mixes is just fantastic! All the way through! I will give this 88/100 (22/22/22/22).
