This is from the “Small Batch” series and comes from 1st fill and refill Bourbon barrels, with the numbers #310561 & 310191. 703 bottles were made. Citrus, apples and sweet pears on the nose, with hints of new make spirit.

The taste is very much like the smell, however more “matured”. A bit darker in the flavours, but still the white fruits and citrusy notes. Some burned caramel and a touch of oak in the finish.

A fine dram, but nothing super exiting, and in my opinion, it is bottled too young. The finish is by far the best part, and saves the overall impression a bit. I will give this 80/100 (19/20/21/20).
