This is a
sour mash whisky, containing of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. Caramel,
bitter oak and hints of red berries in the smell. A little dark chocolate
behind it all, and vanilla finishes it off.
Dry oak in
the taste – tickles the tongue. Quite spicy as well. Wood spices that is. The
caramel and vanilla comes forward in the finish, and this – accompanied with
the oak – is what you are left behind with.
