This is a mix single malt (70%) and single potstill whiskey (30%). It is triple distilled and matured ex-Bourbon. Initial thoughts on the nose - "young"… White fruits, vanilla and hints of fresh cut grass.

Loads of white fruits in the taste. Fresh green apples in particular. Some toffee as well, which goes on into the finish, where some spices joins the white fruits.  

I feared the youthfulness a bit after the smell and initial taste. However, some toffee and spices adds some complexity to the fresh white fruits, and it actually grew on me, sip by sip. I will give this 80/100 (19/20/21/20).
