Oak and oak spices comes through in the
taste. Burned oak that is. Toffee, and still the burned oak that carries all
the way to the finish. Some fruits as well, but mainly sweetness. Especially
honey and vanilla.
A sweet and oaky dram (as you might got from
the tasting notes). Almost like an old grain whisky! Quite a fine balance, and
luckily they bottled it at 46%, which just gives it a bit extra. I will give
this 86/100 (21/22/21/22).
