This is the Double Matured, finished in first fill Sherry and Bourbon casks, and the label and box is designed by illustrator Vic Lee. Sweet dried fruits, red berries and vanilla in the smell. Loads of white fruits as well. It’s like you get a little of everything.

Quite flavourful in the taste. The dried fruits is more dominant here, but still very sweet. A boost of vanilla and sugars in the finish joins the sweet dried fruits.

Quite flavourful in the taste considering the low ABV, but the smell and finish is lacking a little... I would love to try this at a higher strength! A true Christmas dram - mild and fruity. I will give this 85/100 (21/22/21/21).
