Tullibardine (1993/2008), GM – CC, 46%

Review #783
This is a 1993 vintage from Gordon & MacPhail’s “Connoisseurs Choice” series. White fruits, hay, grass and hints of citrus in the smell. Malted barley and vanilla.

Green apples , dry oak and a dash of floral notes in the taste. Grass and citrus again, and the finish is full of warm vanilla and some spices. After a couple of sips, the floral notes seems to get more noticeable.

Very classic Tullibardine! In its purest form. However, a bit too floral for my taste. But the 46% makes it quite flavourful, so if you don´t mind (or even enjoy) the floral notes, this just might be right up your alley. I will give this 79/100 (20/19/20/20).
