A Bourbon barrel with the cask number 102225, bottled by Gordon & Company. Only 209 bottles were made. Crisp white fruits in the smell. And alcohol - so don’t get too close! Fresh green apples and light floral notes.

Crisp apples again in the taste! The floral notes are more prominent compared to the smell. The white fruits are dominant in the finish, but some oak and caramel joins.

Not that complex but the balance is fine. A bit too floral for me, and unfortunately nothing special (actually quite forgettable...). I will give this 82/100 (21/20/20/21).
