Review #829 |
It’s not
very old, and that clearly shows in the taste, which is dominated by the peat.
It’s not a bad thing, as the balance is great and the whisky delivers exactly
what it is supposed to! The finish doesn’t change much, but stays with a great
mouthfeel.
As stated,
it’s young and it shows, but not in that under-matured way. The balance is
great, and this expression just shows that peated Ardmore is at the very top,
when it comes to mainland peat! I will give this 84/100 (21/21/21/21).
