This was introduced to the core range in
2015 and includes extra Sherry cask matured whisky. I get some tobacco notes
and dried fruits at first in the smell, but it is still very fresh. Perhaps because of the
low ABV and youthfulness of the whisky, which also makes it a bit subdued in
general.
It gets a bit more flavourful in the taste.
Again, the tobacco is in focus and some leather comes forward as well. The
dried fruits are there, but in the background. They come forward in the finish
though alongside some fruity sweetness.
